I've always been an optimizer. But what I was optimizing for was never output — it was the feeling of being fully myself. Gymnastics, running, swimming, dancing. Not for how I looked. For how I felt. Free. Like myself.
I have ADHD. A good day was never guaranteed — it required doing all the right things in the right order for my brain to work the way I needed it to. I was already doing the work. Good days were still not reliable.
And then there was the other strand: years of painful periods, hospital moments, and doctors who offered the pill without explanation. Helplessness that became hunger — to actually understand what was happening in my body, and why.
That's when everything connected. Good diet and movement were only part of the picture. Hormonal health is the foundation that unlocks everything — creativity, consistency, flow. Once I understood my cycle, the optimization finally made sense. I wasn't inconsistent because I lacked discipline. I was working against my own design.
I'm Ruby. Cyclical Life Designer, and certified Women's Hormonal Health Coach. I found what was missing for myself. Now I build it for others.
